HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PARTICIPATION TO THE ELAG 2007 MEETING

1. REGISTRATION

Please fill in the registration form at the ELAG 2007 web site.

The registration list will be closed on May 2nd.

The final date for booking the Thursday dinner is May 2nd.

Please pay the registration and the dinner when arriving in Barcelona.

2. PROGRESS REPORTS

It is the usage that each participant reproduces a report on the progress made in his or her organization during the last year in the field of library automation.
Please use, for the redaction of this document, the form available on the ELAG 2007 web site.
The deadline for the reports is April 21.

The participants are recommended to read these reports, before coming to the meeting. During the round-table sessions the participants have the opportunity to openly discuss these documents with the persons who wrote them.

 

3. WORKSHOPS

Those participants taking care of a workshop are requested to send in a discussion paper on the subject of the workshop before April 15.

 

4. PAPERS
The speakers are kindly requested to send in a short c.v. (5 lines max.) by returning mail.
Please send also the abstract of the paper before April 21.
The paper itself is expected by 1st of May.
